The 3rd edition of "Les Etats Généraux de la culture au Maroc" ended on Saturday 11 November 2018 in Tiznit, by an unforgettable concert of Idir, the legend of the kabyle music, preceded by Hassan Idbassaid and his guests Aziz Sahmaoui and Karim Ziad, and DJ Serhane.
This year, the "Etats Généraux de la culture au Maroc" was hosted by "Association Tiznit des Cultures Urbaines" within the framework of the 8th edition of its festival Amur'Art, and we thank them very much for their welcome and collaboration.
